The installation was for the purchase of A/C from a large department store. Today's technicians who came from K-Install were flawless but it was a second attempt! I'm talking about Alexander and Christian. TELEIA work, PERFECT behavior. Last week I was sent someone who came as a tourist, in bermuda shorts, swinging and relaxed and as soon as he saw that he couldn't use the "old" piping, that is, that he would have to work a little, he went straight to sour and found an excuse that the outdoor installation was very dangerous and how he was injured (he had a bandage on his upper arm)! Unfortunately for him, we also had another repair shop, from another shop here at the same time, who did a similar flawless installation (like Alexander's) in another office!!!!! And he told me that it wouldn't be a problem at all to put the A/C on. It seemed that the one who came in bermuda shorts had no appetite for work... Fortunately, they sent us Alexander so as not to give the company a bad rating. Can I rate the bad partner with Bermuda zero stars?
They came to install air conditioners and TVs from a large department store, they were clean in their work, easy to get along with and above all kind, they also helped me with an old TV that had lost some channels, thank you very much for everything!!!
Phillips and Andreas came to install 2 tv’s from Kotsovolos ! Amazing guys ! Super work ! Energetic and very polite and kind and extremely helpful! Above and beyond customer service ! Something nice to see in Greece! I highly recommend anything done by these guys !
